Born in Kalamazoo, Mich., on Sept. 27, 1871, Kate Agnes Thompson Bromley was the daughter of James Wilfred and Ema (Walter) Thompson. She graduated from Liggett School in 1889. She and Frank Latham Bromley, an industrial real estate developer, married, and they had three children. Mrs. Bromley died in Birmingham, Mich. on Dec. 12, 1965.
